MY PHILOSOPHY
I am cognizant of the beauty of accompanying others in their journey to unconditional self-love and wholeness. I believe that inherently, the human body can heal by itself and I try to facilitate the natural healing process in others. I empathise with others who are in pain and I unconsciously seek out my own healing in the healing of others, by listening to and understanding each individual’s particular needs. By working collaboratively with my clients, I develop an individualised treatment plan that enhances one's experience. I take an integrated approach to wellness and use proven natural therapies that stimulate the body’s own healing process. I also offer nutritional advice and create meal plans to aid with the healing process.

As a certified Holistic/Alternative and “Living Nutrition” Practitioner, my mission is to help women of all ages, manage and find relief
through a blend of Alternative Natural Therapies and to accompany them in their struggle to find optimum health. The modalities and approaches that I use are in conjunction with each other, fulfilling, meaningful, and vibrant life through mindful and holistic medical practices. I empathize with others who suffer from pain and promise every little helps to reconnect.
These alternative therapies should not be considered a luxury but a necessity to aid wellness and therefore my mission is to make them accessible and affordable to all women.
